Nigel and the lads were great from the outset. Always on time and cleaned up after they had finished. Nigel was very prompt attending the house and gave a realistic quote for work. He had to carry out a few additional things during the job but was very upfront and always kept us informed of any additional costs. They worked tirelessly on extremely hot days to ensure they could complete the job. Standard of work was brilliant and I will absolutely be using Nigel again for a few bits of future work that I need carried out. Thanks again mate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are absolutely thrilled with the extension and conversion completed by Therby West Coast Ltd. Matthew and Nigel were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, executing the work beautifully while always leaving the workspace tidy at the end of the day. The entire project was completed right within schedule, and they even went above and beyond by taking care of some additional property tasks for us. We absolutely loved that Therby West Coast Ltd is a multi-trade team. It meant we didn’t have to hassle with looking anywhere else or hiring separate contractors, and we are so glad we didn't.

I had an estimate one day after a storm, and several during the following days. The estimate we accepted was not the lowest, but many estimates were way over the top. Therby made a good job of replacing the damaged roof section but failed to see a crack in the mortar of the end ridge tile which must have been damaged in the storm. The men did come back to repoint the ridge tile although they may have missed some cracked mortar. Overall a decent job at a fair price.

Nigel and the team were absolutely spot on during the recent decorating works they completed for me, turned up on time every day and left my house tidy. Nigel sorted any hurdles we came across without any issues, he made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving the job. Over the moon with the end result, 2x rooms fully decorated with 4x new oak doors - nice and fresh ready for Christmas. Would definitely recommend Therby West Coast and will be using them again in the future for any works needed.
