I can highly recommend The Renovation Company. We wanted a complete renovation of our holiday cottage. We got 3 quotes from different companies. The Renovation Company were the only company to complete a detailed and fully costed quotation that broke down every job with a specific cost to it. David (the owner of the Renovation Company) is friendly, approachable but above all, highly committed to delivering the best workmanship. Communication throughout the whole project was exceptional. The back garden to our house was a mix of different levels, and concrete areas with large & high steps up to our kitchen, we had an idea of what we wanted and after discussing with David agreed on decking and a patio with some raised beds. The new garden is amazing with neighbours commenting on how it has completely transformed our home. David was able to advise us on options for decking composite vs wood and style if patio to have. David and his team recently completed a full renovation for us removing the existing garage and building a new workshop and office. The whole build was carried out on time and to budget with open communication throughout which enabled us to plan. We are now planning additional projects with The Renovation Company (South West) a loft conversion and also a garden makeover of raised decking and stone paving. From beginning to end the service was brilliant. David listened to our needs and budget and we are very pleased with the finished result. They were punctual and reliable working the full day. Where do I start, I had a seriously odd shaped kitchen , in a hundred year old house. I was stumped as to what to do. I contacted David of The Renovation Company , he came up with some great ideas and produced costings , that were clear and concise. Showing respect for the age of the property, actively listening to what I needed from a working kitchen . Work was of a high standard. Every day my home was cleared and clean , David was always polite and respectful of my home. I have used David Mills company for nearly 20 years on many projects, including my own property and many of my friends. When I have had projects of my own have also used David on some of the larger ones. Although I lived in a property for 40 years I moved house one year ago, David worked on the house I’m in now 12 years ago and the bathrooms/shower rooms are still in excellent condition, I cannot recommend him highly enough.Verified reviewerJob location: TQ13
