Disappointed to be chasing an uncompleted job.
Contacted Alex on a job for my brother as he has a brain injurys so unable to sort himself. Job was for a shelf in Bathroom, 3 doors replaced. A date was set and quote agreed. At this point my brother wanted a fourth door changed.I contacted Alex and agreement was made to include this with a small additional charge. Marcus arrived completed shelf and 3 doors. Quote paid. Date set for return for fourth door. Marcus off sick, not informed by Alex. Contacted Alex, response 'will see if he can come day tomorrow'. 3 weeks later, 4 unanswered texts and radio silence. Basic bathroom fitting

Replaced electric shower and fixed two toilets
The Required Group did a great job in replacing a broken electric shower and fixing two toilets that were randomly flushing. Alex was flexible and communicative in arranging the appointment, prompt in replies and made the process very smooth. Furniture assembly and picture hanging
Marcus arrived later than the time agreed to, however, Alex was easy to contact and kept me informed as to when I should expect him. Marcus completed everything I needed done. He took longer than the estimated time Alex had given me, but gratefully, Alex did not charge me for the extra time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. Marcus was very nice.
