Professional, Responsive and Excellent Value

Created plan and drawings for kitchen extension
Stuart was fantastic! Very thorough and certainly knew what he was talking about. Always on time and available to take my calls when I had queries from the builder. I can’t recommend Stuart highly enough. I was wary at first as his quote for the work was less than half of everyone else who quoted. So pleased I chose him as his plans and design were spot on. Full planning service include a initial LIDAR 3D property scanning for accurate as built existing drawings:
- Working with client to provide tailored building / project design using 3D modeling software and produce life like visualization renders so that clients can visualize, their project before is even built.
- Full planning drawings and all associated documentation for planning submission.

- Full building regulation drawings for submission to building control for approval.
- Full written specifications for building contractors to enable clients to be confident they are, getting what has been designed and at the cost that contractors have provided.
