Their service and cleaning was outstanding.
Excellent experience with Riviera Group. Xiarah was incredibly helpful working through the logistics. The communication & expectations were very clear and booking was a breeze. On the day Aaron was a delight. Very happy with the quality of his work cleaning the windows as had worried about some of the Velux windows in particular being quite tricky. Window cleaning
Very disappointing experience. The employee was supposed to clean only my windows but cleaned my front door without being asked. A large amount of water entered my property and hallway. Before the visit, my door worked perfectly; afterwards it became swollen and difficult to open and close. The employee told me he had insurance and that the door would be repaired, but the company later denied responsibility and claimed the damage was unrelated to the cleaning. We are truly sorry for this experience. It is not the standard we strive for, as showcased by our lack of negative reviews. Our cleaner acted with good intentions, trying to go above and beyond by cleaning your door, but he used an unapproved method against our procedures and has been disciplined accordingly. Regarding your concern, as this involves a property repair, it falls under the window cleaner’s private insurance to ensure it is rectified properly. He remains fully willing to resolve this, and his offer to have your door repaired by him still stands if you would like that to happen.
