Friendly and professional gentleman, recommended.

ThermaGas’ engineer visited on Sunday 21 August, dismantled and reassembled the boiler but was not able to make it work. I paid him a “call-out” fee of £180 (Sunday working) and am still awaiting a receipt from ThermaGas. A Baxi engineer visited me on 23 August and fixed the boiler which is now functioning normally. I require a receipt from ThermaGas for £180 in order to reclaim it from Baxi/Domestic&General as it was considered an emergency given my age (75) and medical condition. It would be good if you could persuade Alfie of ThermsGas to send me a receipt.

Very professional. Came out to a leaking pipe at the back of my boiler as soon as it was convenient for me. Repaired quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Lovely polite young man. Would definitely recommend to anyone and use again if the need arises.

Alfie was super-quick to respond to my enquiry and able to come out same day to see what needed to be sorted with the boiler. He ordered the part required for next day delivery and returned to fix the boiler and quote for some additional work of a leaking bath and toilet that needed plumbing in at the same time the following day. Whilst checking out the work needed on the additional items, he was able to fix a couple of things then and there. Very reasonable prices and I’ve booked for my remaining items in the next few weeks. Highly recommended. A++++

Alfie came out to me within 20mins of calling due to my boiler not working, this was in the evening too! No hot water or heating! Repaired my boiler quickly and was really helpful on working around my working hours! Back to a warm home and hot water very quickly! Highly recommend!

Alfie was absolutely superb! Responded to the check-a-trade request extremely swiftly and managed to fit us in straight away. Swift, effective and friendly service and fixed a couple of additional leaks without a fuss. Sorted within the hour. We'll definitely be using Alfie in the future!
