Heating not coming on. Fault traced
I cannot recommend Thermal Comfort highly enough. We have used them for some time and every call out they are prompt, polite, and knowledgable. Our heating was not coming on (the hot water - the central heating was okay) and the fault was traced to a valve, very quickly and replaced immediately from spares carried by the technician. Total satisfaction. They were there within 1 hour of the emergency call. Cannot ask for more.

Checking radiators, adjusting valves,
Such a great service from Thermal Comfort. The engineers, Callum and Bruce, were so polite and explained everything clearly. We've used them many times and every time they are top notch. We are also having new radiators in the kitchen and Frank in the office has gone above and beyond to source similar units and sizes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
