Boiler service
A wonderful experience. Explained everything clearly and took his time in carrying out the service. Was punctual and responded to messages. His price was pretty decent and was the only one who took time out of the busy period to carry out a boiler service. Accommodated and worked around my busy schedule to come and do the service. Will use him again next year. Thank you.

Ali Arif was prompt to reply to my initial query through Checkatrade and an appointment was made to carry out the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Very courteous and arrived at time arranged. Impressed and will definitely be using this business again Thank you

Boiler breakdown, no heating and no hot water
We spoke to Ali as we had no hot water and boiler was leaking, he came out within 2 days. The engineer who came was Ali he was amazingly friendly, approachable and explained parts that needed changing and he was done within a couple of hours he kept everywhere spotless I cannot thank Ali enough for such amazing service he's a massive asset to thermal glow. They were amazing thank you

Repair boiler
Ali was brilliant, turned up at the agreed time and was willing to look at the issue rather than just say “get a new boiler” which I have heard a lot! Knew what he was doing and even had parts with him so no need to leave the job. Really helpful and didn’t mind explaining to me what he was doing to help ease my mind. Very professional and also very knowledgeable. Hope I don’t have to call him back soon but at least now I have someone to turn to if I have issues with the boiler in the future. Would highly recommend.
