I had an almost instant response from Petr at Thermal Security Systems. He said he could be with us in 40mins, which was excellent, as he had to travel around 25 miles. He stopped the alarm and checked the whole system for us, then explained how the alarms work and helped to set up a new code to enable us to use it. (We had only just moved in to the property and had no information on the alarm system at all.) Petr was so friendly and helpful. He arrived quickly as an emergency call out on an evening just days before Christmas - a real life-saver! I would have no hesitation in recommending TSS.
