Installing a heat pump and new rads and pipes etc.
Thoroughly knowledgeable heat pump engineer. Took me from the start of the process all the way though to be able to receive RHI payments. Worked clean during the installation and kept me updated on any issues or changes that were needed. My job was a retrofit and hence not easy, but his experience and expertise put me at ease all the way through the process. James was very understanding.
James was booked to instal a Nest thermostat. I thought I had cancelled the booking but it seems the email did not reach James (my fault). He drove to my place only to learn it was cancelled (I did cover his fuel costs to ease my embarrassment). He was very understanding even though it was Monday morning first thing!
