Booked a boiler service via our energy provider which was sub contracted to Thermoglow who contacted me to book the appointment for the service. Arrived on time, carried out the service where it was identified that the expansion vessel was punctured. To avoid paying an excess fee through our energy supplier we booked Thermoglow to carry out the work. The part was ordered, they contacted me to inform of the cost and book an appointment to carry out the work. Arrived the date we booked, work carried out and all completed within the hour. All together a great service and would recommend

During Boiler maintenance a Gas leak was found on the downstairs Gas appliances . This required capping off the existing pipework and put in new . Phillip explaining as he rerouted the new pipework in a vary neat and unobtrusive way. Overall I was very pleased with the workmanship and would be happy to call on his expertise again.

Phillip found a gas leak on the area so thankfully fixed that and moved the gas pipe to enable the electric cooker to be fitted which Phillip also did for me which wasn't straight so extra work was carried out to make the oven flush

Philip was very helpful and keep me informed at each stage of the operation. He viewed the problem, then got the spare part that was required. The repair was effected in a short time and the boiler returned into a fully working state. Overall an excellent job

Phillip volunteered for the job. Made a catalogue of errors and left charging us over £600 and was coming back to complete with an electronic receiver we had paid for in advance. Never came back and was completely non-communicative. Left 2 OAPs in the lurch for 6 weeks until we got an experienced engineer to fix it for half the price. Would never use again.

I could tell this guy really cared about getting work done properly. He explained options and helped us choose the right one for us. Job well done. If only all contractors have this approach world would be a better place. 10/10.
