A disappointing experience, mainly because of poor communication, primarily in the lead up to the job. I initially dealt with the owner - Rob - because he came to survey and provide the quote. Although the quote was considerably more than other companies, I decided to proceed with them because I liked Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after that initial visit, I found myself dealing with Ben. I had to chase him several times and, despite my efforts, incorrect materials were ordered. We have had an incredible response from our customers, who have requested a broader range of services, as a result of this we have introduced rendering and plastering to our list of services, but still providing that personal touch which is so important to our company.
We provide a professional service and a very high standard of workmanship at a competitive price. We are trained in all aspects of roofing and now plastering and rendering.
We provide free quotes, a minimum 5 year warranty on all repairs and 30 year warranty on EPDM rubber membrane, we pride ourselves in being conscientious, hard working and polite, with an eye for detail.
We seek to ensure value for money and to exceed expectations in the quality of the roofing work we undertake.
We are based in the Southampton area, cover the whole of Hampshire.
