After the work I realised the garage hadn't logged the service. Mazda have online log books - 'Digital Service Records' rather than paper log books inside the car. It's free for independent garages to register online and do this. I called the Servicing Master 30/01/20 to explain this and I also asked for proof of the service e.G. What was checked and whether it was satisfactory. They emailed on 3/2/20 providing an unhelpful list of some things that they can check during a service. No comment was made about the Mazda log book so I reminded by email on 11/2/20 and chased on 17/2/20. No response.
