An excellent small company to do business with. Appointments kept on time and very good communication throughout. Their fitter, Ollie, was friendly, tidy and made an awkward job fitting our conservatory door screens look easy. We were pleased to see him again to fit our window fly screens. We wouldn’t hesitate to use The Shutter Studio in the future and thoroughly recommend them.

Everything about the process of having my shutters installed was stress-free right from the start. Communication was fantastic, and every member of staff I spoke to was efficient and friendly. The best customer experience! From the service delivered over the phone through my enquiry to the guys coming out to measure up. They were all so professional. Listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and options. The ordering process was very straight forward and the updates were consistent. The products themselves are fantastic. I made have shutters in every window and a perfect fit blind over the door and I couldn’t be happier to recommend this company enough. The fitters are polite, on time and professional and explain the whole installation process, they also work extremely clean.

I purchased shutters from The Shutter Studio 13 years ago. I have been impressed with the blinds, notably the look and the quality. Unfortunately, I broke two of the blinds and wanted them fixed. After contacting The Shutter Studio and speaking with Jon, I found the service prompt and polite. A team member was sent to fix the issue within a week, and the issue was fixed swiftly. I highly recommend the product and the service at The Shutter Studio.
