Very high quality, professional work. The Sitting Duck Company helped us with our extension and guided us through the process including getting planning, building regs and build over. They also offered advise on other areas relating to building control. Our builder is starting in a few weeks time and is happy with all of the info provided.

I was very pleased with the service, Eddie created the design and then drawings for our rear extension and submitted the planning application to the council. He also introduced us to a party wall surveyor, structural engineer and got us the required drainage build over agreements. We have recommended him to friends and will use him next time we need any architectural or drawing work.
