James took on a small job for us at short notice, and we were really pleased with the results. He pragmatically adjusted the work to meet our needs, working around a bunch of nasty constraints, and collaborating with our carpenters to make sure that everything was left safe, tidy, and easy to use. His communication was great, and the costs/invoicing process was very clear. Excellent job
