We needed blinds for large sloping asymmetrical windows in an extension roof. Few companies could meet the brief or were unwilling to travel to the north of England. We received clear helpful advice by phone and email, followed up by an assessment visit with samples. It was reassuring that the fitter who came to measure up would later be the installer.
