On 26 June, the work was : remove all tiles, replace the felt, replace the tiles, clean gutters. No scaffolding was used. they just climbed on the roof. They threw down the old heavy felt and lumps of concrete from the roof. A large chunk of concrete narrowly missed next door's Porsche car. A large amount of debris and chucks of concrete and old felt were left on the loft on top of the insulation. A man was sent back and removed the larger bits. Loads of rusty nails and debris were left on my drive. Still waiting for the 10 year written warranty despite several requests.

Mr roof was fully prepared by the team to be ready for solar panels. They were polite, efficient and very diligent. Good advice was given about the state of the roof once tiles had been removed. Pictures of the poor condition of the wood were provided and I am glad that I had the roof fully refurbished.

They re-cemented the ridge tiles, installed new felt, and replaced one valley of the tiled roof, plus replaced two missing tiles from the apex of the front facia. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I'm pleased with the result of their work.

We had an emergency with our roof, and Abraham and his team worked quickly and professionally to fix it the next working day. They were all really polite, friendly and easy to talk to- highly recommended company!

Very quick, and speedy service, came out within 24hours, replaced 3 or 4 slates, and cemented gable end repair, all finished in 2 hours, can't recommend them highly enough..

The gentleman who is the boss is very nice but didn't give me the correct information re payment so I had trouble with my bank to pay. It turned out he is a sole trader and requires payment on completion rather than the company stand cs which said payment within 14 days. No VAT was charged due to this. The 2 Romanian gentlemen were very pleasant and gave me photos of what they had done. Overall pleased with job. Waiting for payment receipt and warranty.
