Mark and his team bent over backwards to resolve all our issues, nothing was too much trouble. From the first time we walked into the showroom, we felt reassured Mark was extremely knowledgeable and puts all his customers at the heart of everything he does. His experience within the bathroom trade sets him apart from the competition and he really did exceed our expectations, making a terrible situation into a top class finish, we were ecstatic overall.
