    The Tree Agency crew were here early, but politely waited until 8 am before starting. The access to the trees was extremely limited by three fences and a garden studio, requiring the agency’s trucks to be parked in the car park of the 12 flats next to our house. They finished in half the stated time, did a beautiful job and did not leave a single twig or leaf in their wake. It was cleaner than how they found it! Not one of the 12 neighbours complained! Simply amazing.
