This was an unorthodox job. I had tried to dismantle and dispose of a piano, but had hit a problem, leaving me with a (heavy) part-piano to be disposed of. Paul quickly understood what was needed (via some photos), explained that a part piano is more awkward than a full piano, then worked out options for lifting it. All through the preparation, and then on the day, he was helpful, courteous, professional and highly resourceful. Paul and his assistant made the job look straightforward.
