Workman pleasant and very thorough. Loft Insulation laid to our total satisfaction. Slight issue with loft hatch not closing properly after work completed, but workmen immediately returned to rectify. Would highly recommend this company, from initial contact, surveyors visit and work undertaken.

Warmer Group's survey for our cavity wall insulation work was the most professional. All questions about the process were explained clearly. The price quoted was good and the installation took place soon afterward. Communications prior to the installation were frequent and helpful, and we were even able to have an earlier slot, when we received a phone call about a cancellation elsewhere. The installation team were polite, helpful and happy to explain everything during the process and clean up. Our 25-year guarantee arrived via email on the same day we made the payment.
