Very efficient and helpful service - came the same day that we called them to deal with a nest in our roof and were friendly and knowledgeable when explaining what they found. Offered to come back free of charge if any issues - not needed but appreciated that.

Phoned up as we suspected a wasp nest in our loft but couldn’t find it, got an appointment super quick with clear pricing laid out from the very start. Robbie and Louis turned up and were very friendly, courteous and informative, they were able to survey outside and find the entry/exit point and were able to treat externally as well as from inside. Really great pricing and was happy with the guaranteed work, meaning if we’re still seeing wasps in a few days they will return to continue to deal with the issue with no further charge. Highly recommend!

Had a wasp nest in roof, called the wasp guys sorted same day, the guy who came was very knowlegable about wasps. It was all sorted in 10 minutes and the charge at £66 was reasonable. Very polite totally pleased with the service.
Active Wasps Nest Removal
Second time using The Wasp Guys over the last few years, this time in our new property. Sent a WhatsApp one evening and received a message back within minutes. I was put on to the route for the following day. Robbie was prompt, efficient and made sure there was no other activity around the house before leaving. Super professional and polite. Hornets nest under eaves.
I was pleased to accept the next day appointment offered. Louis arrived promptly and having assessed what was required set about his work in a highly professional manner. He was a pleasure to speak to and completed the necessary work from the outside in under 15 minutes. He then explained to me what he had actually done and what would happen next. No wasps within hours and over the next 24 hours it was evident that the wasps were totally eradicated. Superb job. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Removal of a wasps nest
Josh visited my house today and very efficiently and most effectively removed a wasp nest. I was very impressed with his professional undertaking of this work, which was located in a difficult to access area. I can thoroughly recommend The Wasp Guys standard of service.
In and out in 15 mins
Texted The Wasp Guys at the end of my tether this morning as couldn't work out where the wasps were coming from in our garage. Josh visited the same day, called 20 minutes before to let me know he was coming, and spotted where the issue was within 5 minutes. He was friendly, professional and courteous and explained what he'd done and to call back in the event of had any wasps remaining after two days and they'd come and sort. Very happy and would 100% recommend!
Efficient, Courteous, Great Value
Called on Wednesday for an appointment the following day - and they were in and out in 15/20 minutes. They treated a wasp nest in the eaves of our roof, spraying the ingress points with powder from the outside... as promised, within 24 hours not a wasp was to be seen. Robbie was very polite, friendly and courteous - highly recommended.
