Sadly we can’t find you on the system, so no idea how this happened. Appreciate this was a while ago. Maybe Arun, in future, rather than leaving a poor review. Why not phone the company to see what happened. Only our 3rd negative review in 20 years, so I hope you will appreciate this would be a very rare mistake on our behalf.
