highly disappointing.
I contacted The Water Man Plumbing LTD for an urgent burst pipe in my London flat late at night, relying on their 24/7 promise. The technician arrived over three hours late, performed a temporary patch that failed the next day, causing further water damage. When I called for a follow-up, they were unresponsive, claiming the issue was "customer error." This lack of reliability and poor execution turned a minor emergency into a major expense. For a company advertising swift service, this was highly disappointing.

Replacing a saniflo
Joe worked hard to dig out and replace a saniflo toilet pump buried in concrete. The job was much harder and took much longer than he expected, but he didnt complain and stuck to his quote. I would definitely use him again.

Changed a radiator in bathroom
Changed a radiator in my bathroom. Contact was fast and he was reliable, arranged a time suitable. Arrived on time and work was carried out in a professional manner. Communication before and during the work was clear. Was happy with the price and the work carried out.
