0 Very bad powder coating

Very bad powder coating, been down 3/4 times and they still couldn’t get the job done, had to leave it in the end as I was so fed up with the service, after the 3rd time me going back there, trying to get in touch with them they was so difficult to get in contact once there’s a problem ie. Never answered the phone when I tried to ring, I was lucky if they responded to my emails and very rarely got an apology, so I then text them to tell them I’m not coming down to get them sorted for the 4th time and still haven’t had a response, it was as if they didn’t want to deal with me anymore, AvoidVerified reviewerJob location: DE7Response from The Wheel Repair Man Ltd
Unfortunately on this very rare occasion this customer wasn't happy with the wheels. We believe the work was of high quality and we did offer to resolve the problems pointed out but the customer decided to take the car elsewhere.

Job location: NG10Mobile service at home. Excellent work, great communication of process, very polite. I then booked in their work premises to have my windows tinted and my bumper scruff done.... Very pleased and they explained details and what I wanted....
