I ordered a front door with this company on the 1st of Sept 2025 The door turned up in the wrong colour on on the 30th Sept 2025. The replacement door then missed several promised delivery dates, I eventually gave up and asked for a refund on the 18th Dec 2025. Several trips to the business and phone calls later I still hadn’t received a refund despite promises that it was being processed. I started court proceedings on the 19th of January 2026. To date they have not contacted me back and a refund has yet to arrive despite several promises.
