I had Jim out earlier this year to fix my leaking windows and was charged £380 for the work. Unfortunately, the windows continued to leak during storms, so he returned to make further adjustments. Despite this, the leaks still persist (see attached photo). I’ve contacted Jim multiple times since then, but he is no longer responding to my messages. I had hoped to resolve this directly with him, but that is impossible now that my messages are being ignored.

Very reliable, tidy, great job. Love my new door, definitely would use again.

Advised on the best windows and doors for my property(I wanted the front door opening changed and it was done, no problem), were punctual, tidy and have had many comments admiring the work and design. They even brought de-icing salt as it was icy outside!
