  Fitted new shower

  Our Triton electric shower needed replacing. Toby discussed our requirement, which we agreed was a like for like replacement of the existing 9.5 kW shower, and provided us with a quote, which we accepted. As this was a reasonably straightforward job, he was able to supply and fit the new shower a day or so later. There was a small unexpected problem with the existing pipework but this was quickly remedied. It was evident that Toby has a very good understanding of plumbing. We were pleased with his workmanship and would ask him to quote for any future job, and also recommend him.

  Replaced kitchen taps

  The work was carried out quickly and no mess was left. He was punctual and efficient and all communication was clear and the pricing was transparent and agreed in advance. Highly recommended and would use him again.

  Care and great advice, with excellent communication on ETA on day! Highly recommend.

  Excellent service! Toby and his helper was great at replacing our kitchen tap. He found another leak and fixed for us as well, with excellent presentation to the final work. Our tap is great and gave some good advice about the heavy water in area and how to also protect our outdoor tap which caused a leak. Paid by card via card reader with no troubles. Communication was great as well - contacted via message to confirm time of arrival and ETA, with run up communication via check a trade. Great for those working at home or have children and need to know when appointment arrivals take place. Tid
