John recondition my second hand log burner stove, fitted 5.5 mtre of fluesand fitted the flue through 25mm Polycarbonate pitched roof and sealed. All left in a very clean and tidy condition. I had a dispute with John because of a leak through the top capping hood, it filled the condensation trap overflow and stained my new built hearth. It took a while to get John to call round to mend, but after his explanation why, and I totally understood his reasons. John was experiencing troubled times. He did rectify the problem. He is very trustworthy, and I decline all my complaint against him.

An excellent job. I was nervous as the fireplace needed opening out and the flue rebuilt through wardrobes. John's advice was first class and he was helpful and supportive throughout. He advised me on the right stove and it looks fantastic. The result is better than I had hoped. He offered to over and above with regard to making good in the wardrobes as clearly nothing less than 100% delivery of the job would suit him. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.

I had my wood-burning stove fitted in November 2014 in fact (but the fitment date above won't let me enter anything earlier that Feb 2016 for some reason).So I've had 3 full years of great, issue free experience of using the stove. Installation and aftercare is of the highest quality. John is knowledgeable and gave really good advice and was extremely responsive when I had a very minor issue recently with the handle - which he quickly resolved. Thank you! I can't recommend him high enough and if ever I am looking to install another one in the future I will definitely ask John to do the work.

John was amazing in helping us design where and how to install a wood burner in the conservatory. We're really happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.
