Sand down wooden floor in kitchen and dining room and hall.
Took money out of customers account without letting the customer see the finished work, let alone checking with the customer for their satisfaction. Chasing for 5 months to complete snagging. Disagreement on dented door of our car. Denied any wrong doing or responsibility flat out. Would not engage in compromise.
