2.25Verified ReviewTHH plumber arrived, seemed to want to rush the job. Finished after 20 minutes and said he fixed it. Paid 114 pounds on the spot. Leak was not fixed at all. When contacting the company they are not interested and won't send anyone to recheck it. The owner Kevin Thorner is the worst of all of them, rude and ignorant, a money grabber who doesn't care about the quality of the job and has never heard of a satisfied customer...check their ratings!!!

10Verified ReviewWe phoned on Tuesday and an appointment was made for Thursday morning which was excellent. The plumber arrived on time and completed the work as directed to an excellent standard. Previously this company were called to plug a leak in a cold water feed as an emergency and again the service was second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

0Verified ReviewBooked half a day off work and waited in for my scheduled slot between 1pm and 6pm, called at 5.30pm to ensure they were still attending to be told they would contact the engineer and get him to call me with an eta, no phone call or engineer by 19.20 so cancelled through my insurer. Very poor customer service skills!

We can upgrade your hot water system to an un-vented system which will give better hot water pressure, Central Heating repairs, radiator changes and Power-Flushing systems.
We have a team of 26 qualified Plumbers
