I was contacted by Patrick Ward. He sounded friendly and helpful and I liked his approach. However, I have been unable to verify his credibility. I cannot find the company Think Wise roofing under which he was quoting. He said he was based in Oxford but I found listings purporting to be his company under a different name based in Plymouth. He sent a proof of insurance without a heading, saying the company was based in Iver. He may be perfectly honest and professional but I felt intimidated and pressured and so cannot feel able to use his services.
