Call out due to alarm activation
Fantastic response time, my home alarm had been activated following the installation of a smart meter, I phones Third Eye and they arrived on site within the hour. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Installation of new alarm system
I contacted Third Eye having received a recommendation of their service. Oliver quickly attended to talk me through the options and provided me with a quote which we adjusted as I wanted a few extras. Within three days I had the uber-professional Alex round who fitted our new system. He took his time to talk us through how it works and the additional services TEIS provide. He was polite, courteous and respectful of our property and time. Having spoken to other companies and had a useless ADT alarm previously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TEIS.

Takeover Monitoring and Maintenance of Intruder Alarm
Approached Third Eye to do the maintenance and monitoring of our previously installed Intruder alarm including lone worker. Oliver and the team were friendly efficient and confirmed the prices for what was involved /covered. Worked through our system and competently checked and tested to ensure the installation was compliant. Great communication both pre and post works. They are also quick with our ever changing keyholder instructions and process them quickly and efficiently.

Installing an alarm in our house
Very impressed with the standard and care with which Third Eye went about installing our intruder alarm system. Alex was very fastidious on checking where we wanted the sensors put and explained everything very clearly and patiently afterwards. Would recommend.

Installed alarm
Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Third Eye were great, someone had tried to break-in and we wanted to sort an alarm quickly they came within a few days and did the survey. No hard sell. We ended up wanting a few extra shocks and PIRs than on the survey. They spent time going through the options and even offered to come back and fix one of the shocks on the bathroom window as the window was damaged and needed replacing, for no extra charge. Simple to operate great product.
