Tom and the team did the job they quoted for, turned up when they said they would, and were nice guys to deal with—specifically, installing 'felt extenders', fixing broken and cracked tiles and removing moss from the roof. Thomas and the team came at short notice to inspect, diagnose the issue, and returned the same week to remove and replace old lead flashing. While on the job they very kindly dealt with loose and damaged tiles.
