Repair on roof
The team appeared at the shop first thing this morning and had my roof repaired and water sealed by the afternoon, what a relief. Great service from start to finish. Thanks again.
Re-felting of garage, roofline and guttering. New garage side door and window
Very pleased with the work carried out. The work was completed within the time scale. All rubbish was disposed of by the workmen. Would use this company again.
Repair and re-roughcasting of garden wall
Work took a bit longer than expected due to weather constraints but work was carried out as per requirements, guys cleaned up after themselves and the wall now looks great

Got in touch for a quote in March. Someone came our to review the work, but after a month I hadn't heard anything back... I've been in touch a few times since, and I keep getting told I'm top of the pile and someone will be in touch soon... but it's now July and I still haven't been given a price. I wouldn't mind being told they don't have the time do the work, but just tell me that you're too busy... it's just a waste of my time, and completely disrespectful. I'll consider changing my review if you have the decency to get back to me with an appropriate reply.
Repairing steps, patching render and rebuilding brick planters at the side of steps.
The work carried out was to a very good standard with time taken to match the bricks with existing ones. Due to changing weather step repairs were over a number of days with builder making sure work would not be affected by rainfall.
We have had a few leaks to an old roof.
Tom and his team have attended to our needs brilliantly throughout our dealings with them. They genuinely seem to care about looking after their customers needs. This was demonstrated recently when we had a leak over the weekend. I emailed them on the Sunday and at 8:20am on the Monday I received a call from Tom saying that he would have his roofers attend that morning (and he nudged us up the priority list). They did attend 930 that morning, identified and fixed the leak. Within a couple of hours it started to rain heavily, however our roof was again watertight - ceiling saved! Thank you!
Storm Damage to Roof
Due to the recent storms our roof had some damage and some slipped slated that needed realigned or replaced. Thomas Stewart Builders were recommended to me by one of our neighbours who had work carried out previously and I must say, from quote to completion the team were very courteous and friendly. The surveyor was our promptly and provided our quote within a couple of days, once confirmed the work started the following week. The chaps who arrived to carry out the job were great, told me exactly what they were doing and how long they would be. Professional job and cleared up before leaving.
Terrible company
Complete time wasters. The person who visited for the quote was rude, with a poor attitude. However, we put up with it as its so difficult to get work done just now. Its been 3 months now and we never did receive the quote or any communication about it, despute chasing it up. Very poor company.

Currently our estimating division is extremely busy, and we would have made you aware of this, both when the booking was made and also during our visit to measure up the job. In terms of our staff member being rude, I will look into this further and I apologise if this was the case, however generally we are given great feedback regarding how friendly our staff members are. As can be seen in previous reviews, customers who have had work carried out by us were very satisfied with the work and we always aim to leave a happy customer. I wish you all the best and hope that you manage to get your works completed by others.
