Thomas and his team were prompt, courteous and professional. They fixed a large vertical crack in our exterior wall in half a day, liaising directly with a scaffolder to manage the complex requirements. Would certainly recommend them.

Tommy arrived at agreed time to look at the job and provided a quote within 24hrs. We agreed on the start date, length of job and price. Tommy arrived at agreed time and kept me informed of what he planned to do that day. At the end of day, and during the day, he gave me an update of his progress. I had a joiner from checkatrade previous and to say the least he took my money and the job was a shambles. got another joiners from checkatrade and he rectified the mistakes that the previous joiner made. Tommy was reliable and done a great job. I have him coming back to do some other work so he is in my contacts now.

Mr Wilson took the time to come out and discuss the job with me. He left and said he would send me a quote in the next few days. I never heard from him again. I don't mind if a tradesman doesn't want to do a job for whatever reason, just tell me I'm a big boy. Don't just disappear - it's discourteous and unprofessional
