When i realised my laptop just wasnt working i reached out to Mike. Best thing i could have done. He arrived within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sorting out a solution wasnt easy but his patience, perseverance and expertise came to the fore. And all is well now!

My laptop stopped booting for no reason. I had really important, irreplaceable documents on it. Mike got them back for me, then also managed to fix my laptop without wiping the drive, which I didn't think was possible.

Satisfied with the work done. Mike sent me the link on Sunday to buy parts. Understood the urgency. Repaired the PC. Very helpful with other needs and explained other procedures and accessories needed. Happy with his work and help. Will use him again.

Mike arrived exactly when he said he would, and solved the problem with my laptop quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and what the problem was very clearly. Added to this he is a very polite, friendly man and I would have no hesitation in using him again for any future problems and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Mike responded very quickly to our request for help. He turned up the same day at the agreed time and solved the problem. He was very pleasant to work with and also MUCH better value than the other guy who responded. We will certainly use him again next time we have a computing problem (and there WILL be a next time!)
