  Renovation of 1bedroom flat

  First week work in my flat was progressing , after 3 weeks when work wasn’t finished still l15% left of the items covered in the contract left but when I stupidly being naive and made a full payment. Archi / his team decided not to continue and without saying anything just disappeared, leaving me without agreed earlier electricity.. Now 5 months gone when I’m contacting Archie who didn’t return my reporting damages to my flat as result of Thornbury Crown work ( water leaks, floor swallowing, cracks in the walls, etc, ) I’m being ignored. Please avoid. Awful experience

  I hired Thornbury & Crown for a full renovation of a project flat. Erti, who leads the team, was my main point of contact and supported me throughout a complex process. He was always responsive, patient, and clear—whether by message, call, or on-site. When issues arose or something didn’t meet expectations, he approached everything with a positive, solution-driven mindset. The final result is excellent. He also gave valuable advice to optimise the space and recommended trusted suppliers without pressure. I highly recommend Erti for his professionalism, reliability, and strong human approach

  Bathroom remodel - Excellent experience

  This company recently redid my bathroom and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They removed the old bathroom, completely redesigned the space, retiled, and even sourced all the materials. The price was very fair, the team was super friendly, and they stuck to the times they promised. Overall they were extremely reliable and I’m really pleased with the finished job.   The team at Thornbury & Crown we're recommend by a friend and they certainly delivered. From brilliant communication and fair pricing. To great craftmenshipI couldn't be happier. Such a hard working team they even finished ahead of schedule. We wont be going elsewhere for future projects.

  Rear extension and kitchen remodel

  Recommended by our local group chat and didn’t disappoint. They were very easy to deal with, communication and transparency from start to end was 10/10. Even when there were unforeseen events we were kept in loop and reassured. Project was on budget, on time and most important part of all - finished to an incredibly high standard.   East and bull barbers

  We agreed date and price they actually turnt up on the day which is hard to find these days , very reliable and on time , the quality of work was top notch and most impressive was very good communication throughout. Highly recommended tecomended
