Large extension and concrete renovation and reconfiguration of existing 3 bed house.

Kitchen extension and loft conversion to move bathroom upstairs and increase living space.
Work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Brad was very good at explaining what was needed and how they would implement it. Contact was made regularly to update on progress and discuss options as and when required. Three rooms were converted into an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. A kitchen and utility room were fitted. Bespoke windows were also fitted to other areas of the house.
The work was completed on schedule and on budget over a three-month period at the end of 2017. We are really pleased with the quality of the work. It was great working with Brad for the overall coordination of the project, with clear communication about the plans, activities and timings and good flexibility and trouble-shooting when required to deal with changes to the plan or to resolve minor issues.Job location: Not Available
