Keith, Graham and their team were outstanding throughout our long distance relocation. The team went above and beyond with the packing, removal and unloading, and genuinely took the stress out of the entire process. Everything was organised with care and professionalism, and they were personable, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made what could have been a very challenging move feel straightforward and well managed. Excellent service and attention to detail in a challenging house move, which involved lifting office furniture, computer equipment, and many books to the second floor of our new house. They arrived on time both days (first day packing, second day moving) and worked non-stop apart for lunch and until late (finishing well past 7 pm on day two). Everything was packed with great care and plenty of bubble wrap around our most fragile items. And everything was left where we wanted it and moved without complaint when we changed our minds. We would strongly recommend Fullers for your next move.

Keith came round and gave a quote based on what he could see. We really appreciated the personal touch this company have. We used Fullers Removals to move from Sutton to Guildford, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keith, Rick, James, and Thomas were amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful. As two women, we really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel throughout the move. It was difficult to find a trustworthy removal company, but Fullers completely exceeded our expectations.

From our first contact with Graham to the move itself we were impressed by the excellent communication and professionalism of the company. We took the removal package without packing and in hindsight, would have gone for the full packing service as well. The team arrived promptly on the day, worked relentlessly and cheerfully to load our old and unload in our new house. They were helpful and kind during what was a stressful day and we would highly recommend them.

We were hopeful but unsure of moving on a certain date. The company held our provision booking until we finally exchanged on the Thursday and moved the following Monday. We asked for their packing service which in hindsight we couldn't have done without. A good part of this was done on the intervening Saturday. All our possessions were carefully packed on time, including garden furniture and a table that was too big to pass through the front door. All was delivered to our new address and furniture reassembled carefully. We couldn't have asked for a better service and at very reasonable price.
