    Honest and friendly

    Called 3 maintenance services to take a look at my chimney as I’ve been having some trouble. Justin came out and carried out a full investigation of my chimney, loft and roof. As I ’ve had prior work done on these areas Justin gave me his honest advice and suggestion with what I should do next, although I haven’t had work carried by them, I cannot fault the level of consideration and honesty from him and would recommend 3 maintenance services to anyone who’s looking for honest, friendly and professional work.

    Complete removal of old damaged felt roof. Replaced with new GRP roof

    Excellent workmanship. Regular and clear communication leading up to doing the work, throughout and after to check I was satisfied with the job. Punctual, hardworking; started and finished job as agreed. Would highly recommend.

    Flat roof repairs

    Works carried out quickly after quote received due to urgency of works. Temp repair carried out on initial attendance. Friendly guys carried out the repair and would not hesitate to use again.
