Excellent experience with THT - quick diagnosis of the problem, was booked in to fix it quickly, sorted out another issue for us with the shower during the job. Helpful and responsive team.

Once again THT provided an excellent service from start to finish. Lewis installed the water softener with minimal disruption to the household. THT were also very amenable when we asked to resite the electrical socket of the softener. The work was carried out tidily, on time and to our satisfaction. Communication with the office team re arrival times was also very helpful. Thank you!

They overestimated the time required. When I suggested an afternoon visit, they doubted that would allow enough time and we agreed 12 noon. The fitter called on the day and asked if he could come early. He arrived at 1130 and was finished by 1330. I felt overcharged. He did a very good job.
