Worry free ! How often can you say that you had a worry free experience when having any renovation done? The team doing the physical work knows very much what they are doing and Viki has wonderful customer service skills. With that, I had an entire bathroom redone from start to finish and the result is mind blowing. 100% quality from customer service to every single material used.

We had a water pipe burst overnight and Vicki at THT ltd had an engineer at our address within 5 hrs of contacting for help. Cameron the engineer was very polite and helpful with enough product knowledge to settle the situation. He found the leak very quickly and rectified it having the replacement components on his vehicle. 'Super job' On completion he gave feedback and reassurance that all was well leaving our home with no mess, clean and tidy. A top job and I would recommend THT Ltd for any future work.

We needed to have the taps in our bathroom sink replaced. THT were very helpful and communicated well. The plumber was on time (actually a bit early) and was finished within 45 minutes. We're very happy to have the new taps.

Cameron arrived on time and efficiently started the installation. He was very tidy with her wirk and very polite. Happy with work he carried out. The whole experience from ringing with enquiry to completion THT ltd were efficient and updated accordingly. Will definitely recommend them yo friends and family. Thanks.
