I'm starting to lose my mobility, and asked THT to help me convert my bathroom into a wetroom with elements of disability access. All through the process they were considerate of my needs, as well as my desire not to end with just a disabled toilet. Their lead plumber suggested a number of good points, but also listened and worked with me when I had other ideas. The resulting bathroom is high quality, well thought out, looks great and I trust the work they've done. I'd definitely hire them again for future work!

Job started with meticulous planning, resulting in a comprehensive quote. Was fully informed of the start dare and expected duration. The job was started on the due date but because I went on holiday during the works unreliable internet caused some problems so the finish date had to be extended, for which blame could not be laid at the contractor’s door. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I was kept informed of progress throughout. The work included replacement of the floor. My fitter was Phil and he was brilliant

The person arrived just after the time they say they would and when he arrived he put on special guards to cover his shoes, I found this very reassuring, even though my carpets are far from new. He got on with the repair to my cistern promptly and he had finished in about half an hour. He explained what the problem was and told me what he had done. I would recommend the company to anyone who needed anything to do with bathroom fixing, as I found them very helpful in my experience, I knew the price roughly beforehand as the lady on the phone told me, so I was able to pay them promptly.
