Prompt efficient work
New shower, toilets basins and ancilliary works
A fair and accurate mid range quote. Excellent documentation and communications, high quality workmanship, especially the tiling.
Remove old radiator, chase new pipework, install new radiator once decorating completed
Initial work completed although workman left part of the work area very untidy. Before returning, extra plumbing work was required, which was holding up the completion of the kitchen installation. Called THT daily for a week, left several messages, spoke to 1 person who said someone would call back. Took THT 6 WEEKS to call back. By this point, we'd hired someone else who'd redone half the initial job as well because it wasn't done very well.
Complete refurbishment of bathroom including all new tiling, floor and sanitary ware
An excellent job done from the initial quote, supply of items to the completion of the bathroom. All staff involved were very friendly, polite and always ready to please the customer. Very tidy workers with respect for the rest of the house. No unexpected extra costs at the end of the job.

Work was carried out to a very high standard by Tom and his team, mainly Jack and Rob. I have used THT before and would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.
