Charles and Gary came to the rescue after installers refused to fit a new cooker. They checked the system, recommended improvements and explained clearly what was needed. They carried out the work in an efficient and friendly manner. Called Thurrock Electrical in an emergency after British Gas told us they couldn’t do the job, leaving us in a desperate situation. They came round immediately and were back in the next day to help. My mum is elderly, disabled and recovering from cancer and Charlie and Gary bent over backwards to accommodate us, putting her safety first and working around our situation. Their workmanship was excellent and they have a decency and integrity that you rarely encounter. Where British Gas saw only problems and impossibilities, Thurrock Electrical saw solutions. Gary did a great job and have recommended Thurrock Electrical to friends. A professional company and excellent service. At the end of the job he left everything nice and tidy. Really happy with the new lights and hob and happy we got rid off some old electrical equipment too. Job location: IG10Thanks to Thurrock Electrical team - we’re happy clients! Gail, Charlie and the team rewired our house back in December 2019, and we welcomed them back to do the electrics for our new kitchen in January 2021. Grateful for their good advice through out and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them up if we need any electrical work in future9.75 All electrics changed
