  Paul from Tide Solutions was excellent. He rapidly diagnosed a tricky problem (water ingress), explained our options and gave us a quote within 24 hours. The work was done to a very high standard over 2 days within a week of contacting him. No hesitation to recommending him. We'll certainly use him again as the need arises, as well as recommending him to friends

  Excellent Work

  My Victorian end of of terrace house needed considerable external maintenance and decoration. The entire house from chimney to ground needed work. All aspects were coordinated by Paul with precision. I was kept informed of all timings which were adhered to. Paul went above and beyond with his attention to detail. He provided a friendly, professional service, his work is of a very high standard and I feel privileged to have received this excellent service. I am delighted with the outcome and have already passed on Tide Solutions details to several neighbours who have asked for them. Thank-you!

  Repointing

  Repointed large chimney breast, and lintel replacements

  Paul has most recently repointed my house chimney breast as the old mortar was very loose. As usual his pointing is very neat and thorough. He also installed 3 lintels as he has done for me before, so this went well as usual. I can highly recommend Paul and Tide Solutions (Paul and assistant Tony). He has done various jobs for me in the past including a lintel above French doors where the bricks were sagging, solved leaking chimneys x 2, installed cavity trays, crack stitched a long crack in my other wall. Paul takes time to explain the work and reassure you with any worries. I highly recommend Tide Solutions for brickwork snd related work.

  Pointing Chimney

  Paul did a great Job repointing and capping our leaking Chimney. All done in a tiimely manner and left spotless when completed. Had to contend with sar panels which made the work more difficult, Howe er no damage at all. Would recommend.

  Complete re pointing 1930's house

  I needed my 1930's end of terrace house repointed which included the replacement of almost 200 badly worn and damaged bricks. Paul at Tide Solutions gave me a very reasonable quote and started work in the summer. He worked through the extreme heat and did an excellent job of cutting out all the old lime mortar joints to a very good depth, removing all the damaged bricks and replacing them with very well matched ones. New lime mortar was applied to all joints and the job was finished to a very good standard. Paul kept me informed each day on the progress and was very helpful with any questions
