Failure to comply with Standards
I contacted in January about Tidysite and their failure to provide me with honest guidance with regards to a start and finish dates for works at my home. I paid over 12k upfront to guarantee a start date and then waited from the end of October, when I was told the job would start, to the end of January when I contacted. Shortly after this work did start but has still not been completed and I have had absolutely no contact from them with regards to finishing the work despite many emails to them. Disappointing.

Demolishing and rebuilding brickwork and stone-flagged steps from garden to conservatory
First class and friendly service from start to finish. Because of the pandemic there was a delay between my requesting a quote and a site visit, but I was kept fully informed of progress by the very helpful office team. The quotation when it came was detailed and informative. The work started on schedule and the site clearance was completed quickly and with minimum disruption. The building/bricklaying team completed a high quality reconstruction ahead of schedule. The The Managing Director, Graham Hughes, kept an eye on progress throughout. I can highly recommend Tidysite.

Knock through and Installing upvc window
We employed tidysite to knock through an exterior wall and install a upvc window. We could not be happier with the work undertaken. From the lady who undertook the initial visit, Graham taking a final measure before ordering the unit and the two gents who undertook the work. The workmanship, cleaning up and professionalism of all is to be commended. We had some issues with wiring in the wall and had to postpone at short notice, Graham was very understanding which was also very reassuring. I would recommend tidysite in a heartbeat. Thanks Graham and the team we won't hesitate to use you again
