• Fitting of swivel /tilting Wall Bracket to timber framed wall.

  Jamie is obviously a professional with skills earned over many years. He arrived, immediately got on with the fitting and set up my 65 inch TV into a suitable position. He offered further advice re the hiding of cables which was very useful although after he left I found the use of a different power supply on an adjacent wall earlier hidden by a wooden unit (after he left- my fault !) which did the job. He arrived on time as arranged and his charge was pretty fair. All in all a good result.

• sorting out ink to printer.

  I had a new printer earlier this year but fin d it very complicated. My fault entirely as I am very unsure of technology and cannot understand the instructions. However, Jamie showed me how to insert new inks and hopefully I will be able to replace them in future. However, the icons on the printer are not very easy to understand and I am still unsure of them. Jamie was very good and understood my problem. He is very reliable and good at sorting out my difficulties.

• Removal if tv ariel from roof

  My TV ariel was damaged by bad weather and was at risk of causing damage so I used Checkatrade to find a tradesperson to remove it. Jamie responded quickly with a reasonable quote and I felt assured by the company's positive reviews. Dan arrived when scheduled and he was efficient, courteous and professional.   Jamie popped over to view the job and had good understanding of what we wanted done. Je then arranged his colleague Daniel to come do the job. Daniel arrived and took a moment to inspect everything and got to work. He did exactly what we wanted while keeping everything tidy. He kept us updated of what he was doing and making sure we were happy with it. I thought the job would have taken a whole day but he managed to sort it out out just shy of 3 hours. Highly recommend if you are in need of repairing a damage home network!
