Reliable and clearly knows his stuff
I have used Jamie several times to keep my ancient PC ticking over. It is now time to give up on it; he has transferred everything onto my laptop and taken the PC for secure cleaning & disposal. I have always been happy with his work, nothing fazes him and he seems to have an unending supply of workarounds. He is really good at explaining things at whatever level you need - I'm reasonably computer literate but not a whiz by any means. He always keeps you informed if he is delayed for any reason.
