Tiling a bathroom.
Ryan speaks so fast, we misheard the time to start. He arrived early, supposed to start at 7:45. He sent a msg and left at 7:51. (6 minutes he waited). He then came back later on and took his tools, refusing to complete the job. He shouted and was aggressive, even though my husband kept apologising. We paid him for the work already done. Customers who mess us builders around, cost us money, then lie about what actually happened. You left us outside Sunday morning for 15mins because you managed to forget what day we were starting even though we spoke two days earlier to confirm start date and time. Then the following morning the day mentioned above I arrived at 7:45 and waited till 8 I have the messages to prove it I refused to continue the job as you called me unreasonable for being upset with being messed around twice, we already travelled 25 minutes home before anyone even got up and realised we weren't outside. I would be more than happy to provide my correspondence.

Floors that needed tiling
Turned up to job did bathroom floor, supose to return a week later turned up, floor wasnt level, (my builders fault not his) said cnt do the job anyway, then said me a few days later he can now do it as his job in london is rescheduled, I rushed around to get everything ready for him including level floor, take kitchen out ect for him then to text me saying he cnt do the job anymore. Asked for a receipt of the goods he left for the job said no thats not how it works, he cnt give me a receipt of the materials he brought for the job. Kitchen walls and floor tiled
Really happy with amazing work!!! . Fitted us in at short notice , work done and completed exactly as requested. So tidy , you wouldn’t even known they had been . Re-tile fireplace hearth
