  Better than plumbers we’ve used before!

  Woke up to a leak in the kitchen and called Jamie (friend recommended) and he was over by midday with the leak fixed within the hour. Very polite and not overpriced like plumbers we have used before. Will keep his contact numbe in case we need him again! Thank you very much

  I will forever be grateful to tier 1 for coming to sort out my leaking toilet that was bodged by another company I will not mention. We have had a absolute nightmare but tier 1 lads were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix my toilet they done a couple extra bits in my kitchen. They were ever so respectful and patient. If your looking for a tradesman that cares about his trade look no further. You will notice the professionalism from the off and the confidence you get in these lads is priceless.

  Toilet not flushing

  I had an issue with my toilet not flushing, and Jamie came to the rescue. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in simple terms, and had it fixed in no time. No mess, no fuss—just efficient, quality work. It’s such a relief to have everything working again. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

  Firstly Jamie is very well mannered, always arrives with a smile, and very welcoming and well mannered. Jamie always explains what he is doing and made us aware of the cause also. He was timely, professional and cleans up after himself. We have used Jamie on a few occasions now and have had a fantastic service from start to finish. We would highly recommend Jamie to friends and family as will be the only person we call from now on. If you want a hard working, polite and helpful plumber to get the job done quickly and mess/stress free then we recommend Jamie.
