Wet room boarding, water proofing, tiling, underfloor heating for the ensuite bathroom
Giles did the ensuite bathroom for us. From the point of providing detailed quotation with itemised listing/breakdown, we found Giles to be very patience, professional, transparent and honest as well fully devoted to provide best service. He explained every step of the way the pros and cons kf various options and we quickly build the trust in him to leave the work to his skillful hands rather than micro manage. Kitchen Tiling, Fixing bath, fitting shower
My partner and I are exceedingly happy with the works carried out by Giles and Joel. From the outset Giles was very responsive with messages and questions from us. The work included: tiling behind the sink and creating a backsplash; boxing in old pipe work; fitting a shower and resealing and fixing a bath that was dropping and pulling the silicone away. For this he came up with a creative solution to fix this for us. Great attention to detail with each aspect of work. A whole new bathroom suite with tiling, towel rad etc
I asked this company to give a quote for a leak under the bath of a tenanted property. Giles, the owner of the company went and did a through examination and worked out a price. As it was a competitive, I went with his company. It was Giles and Joel who did the work, which was good to see. None on this one person quotes and another person working for them etc. They did a through job and to a high standard. I was keep informed throughout and photos too. Water leak in bathroom and resealing bathroom tub also tiled the floor in the store cupboard.

Removing tiles from tiled bath, fixing plumbing issues then retiling the bath
Giles was very good at communicating, tidy and got on with the work while we both worked from home. He was able to source the same tiles we had before and the work has been finished to a very high standard. He has put in a removable tiled bath panel should we have any issues in the future.
